I used to make raw chocolates that were OK, but I then learned a little while ago how to make raw chocolates that were AMAZING. I attended an OOSHA Advanced Raw Chocolate Workshop with Amy Levin. It was fantastic, there was so much to learn about how to make your raw chocolates really special. Amy is coming down to Cornwall sometime (maybe next Autumn or Spring).
