I have no idea what I should call this cake....
It is frozen, it can be served in slices or scooped like ice-cream and it has this gorgeous cheesecakey thing going on.
The two flavours are white chcolate and berry and they are absolutley divine when swirled together. It can be made with or without agave but I prefer it without.

I'm thinking about offering this at our potluck at the end of the month. Maybe in some take away tubs :) If this is of interest, let me know. It's just an idea at the moment ♥
